Foundation Replacement
Mammoth Structural Movers partnering with Sanderson Quality Construction to offer repair and replacement services to ensure your foundation is stable and safe. Over time, foundations can begin to settle and/or shift, this can cause cracking and if not addressed it can continue to cause further damage to the home. We proudly serve the Colorado region.
Lift and Hold
Sometimes you don’t need to move a building—you just need it lifted and held in place so work can happen underneath. That’s where our Lift and Hold service comes in. We carefully and strategically lift your structure off its existing foundation and secure it in a stable, supported position while your new foundation is constructed. This gives your crew safe, open access to complete critical work below your structure. How the process works- we start with a site evaluation and lift plan, followed by site prep, beam installation, and the lift itself. Once raised, the structure is safely supported and held in place while your team completes their work.
Jacking and Leveling
If your home or building is sagging, uneven, or settling, it doesn’t mean demolition or relocation is necessary. Our Jack and Leveling service is a smart, cost-effective way to restore structural integrity and protect the value of your property. Over time, buildings can shift due to soil movement, water damage, or foundation wear. Using precision hydraulic jacks, we gently raise and level the structure to bring it back into alignment—safely and accurately. Our process starts with an inspection, then we install support beams and use synchronized jacks to lift and level the structure. Once aligned, we make final adjustments to ensure long-term stability and remove our equipment when the job is complete.
Structural Relocation
Structural relocation is moving an entire building from one site to another—often to preserve its value, avoid demolition, or meet zoning or environmental needs. At Mammoth Structural Movers, Inc., we don’t put limits on what can be moved. If you can dream it, we’ll find a way to move it. The process starts with a site evaluation and route planning, followed by lifting the structure, transporting it safely, and placing it onto its new foundation or location with precision.
